      Terrible hiring strategy Management is mostly oblivious to market trends No growth forecasting Allocation of leaderships time and resources is skewed HR is largely unhelpful - have heard stories they threatened ex employees with legal action over severance packages negotiations

Management is very open to suggestions and cares about employees a lot
