Great people great company to work for.

No vacation no sick time work loads and overtime not predictable

Pay is decent, culture is work slow, and safe you're not pressured about production unless you are blatantly being lazy, very understanding with time off

Not very efficient, planning and ordering tools and material is a mess but as an hourly employee this doesn't really affect you besides occasional annoyance
