I assume Alex wants his employees to dress business professional to cover up the fact he is running a total scam. During training you make $11 an hour (IF THEY PAY YOU) and are not allowed to make commissions because the trainer takes over as the sale continues. The job is to speak to everyone in Sam’s Club that walks by and try to sell DirectTV and/or cell phones.
