The company has a troubling culture where hardworking employees are not properly recognized. Instead, they tend to reward those who self-promote, while hardworking individuals are often overlooked.
The management team, despite claiming experience in top MNC companies, lacks a proper understanding of how to effectively lead. They micromanage every aspect of the work, leaving employees with little room to grow or showcase their skills. What’s worse, they don’t provide any fair recognition or salary hikes, making it feel like the hard work and dedication put in are entirely ignored.
Moreover, employees are frequently called in on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with no regard for work-life balance. There is also no proper notice or explanation given when an employee is dismissed, even after putting in significant effort. The treatment feels dehumanizing, as if employees are seen as nothing more than disposable resources.
Overall, it’s an environment where employees are treated like slaves, expected to give their all without any respect, appreciation, or compensation in return. I would not recommend working here unless you are prepared to deal with a toxic management style and lack of recognition for your contributions.
The company shows regional bias in decision-making and promotions, which creates an unfair and divided work environment. This needs to be addressed to ensure equality and fairness for all employees.
