Good benefits and salary is commensurate with position. Small company, not a corporate environment. Nice location.
Cons
Poor senior management. Unwilling to accept change, listen to new ideas and move forward with process improvements. Operating the company like it did 15 years ago. If you do not value home life, this is the place to work.
