They make you understand how to work with heavy work pressure, coz it's constant with no respect for employees personal life and no respect for the work working here will make you humble and patient and truely value even the small joys of life because, trust me, there will be very few the three year bond will make you really appreciate your freedom and make you realise how bad labour laws in India are the technology used here is so ancient, you will feel as if you are contributing to the history of software development Only casual leaves, which they give grudgingly coz of the law. A two days leave is considered is a long vacation and sick leaves are supposed to be planned and planned leaves feel like a stuff of fairy tales. No such thing as employee benefits. This company is a literal sweat shop. I had the best 3 years of my life working here, now i know i can survive any situation

Are you really kidding! I couldn't think of any (please refer the pros) PS- I have witnessed people because the management found out they were pregnant before officially declaration of the employee.
