Pros
Next Adventure is a grassroots outdoor retailer that truly cares about it's staff and community. I have worked for Next Adventure for 6 years and plan on making it 6 more! This company has given me the opportunity to grow as a professional and make some life long friends along they way.
Cons
The company has been growing exponentially in size for the last few years. It has been difficult for us to adhere to our small business values and transition to the structure of a larger company. With that being said we are taking our growing pains in strides and I look forward to the future.
