I worked with the company for 2 years and I got a chance to work directly with Nick Gow at his previous location Black Rock. His coaching style and his leadership guidance really helped me become the best version of myself. Unfortunately due to my health issues i had to leave. Loved the atmosphere. People and the competitive environment.

Its a competitive environment. So i can see how it's not for everyone however it forces you to get out of your comfort zone and grow as a person.

The people here have made coming to work not only enjoyable, but rewarding. The support system here is like no other. Everyone makes sure you have all necessary tools to succeed and excel. It definitely makes sense if you aren't willing to put in the time or effort, you aren't going to learn, grow, and succeed. It is simple work, and the only reason I feel one wouldn't do well, or leave with a bad attitude, is basically because they didn't try or even listen. You aren't micromanaged so at the end of the day, the work you put in determines your own success. If you want or need help, the tools are there, you just have to be willing to go for it, ask, or simply pay attention.

The career path is very different than most. Since people have a good opportunity, I 100% would hold people more accountable for their actions.
