Upper management and supervisors are not afraid to get rid of you even if it means doing it by illegal means and against Finnish laws, if someone just doesn’t simply like your face or you have a untreatable disease affecting your performance occasionally. This can mean creating unregistered performance documents and lying about your performance and employee feedback to create the grounds to end your contract. If you do not accept ending the contract by yourself, then they will aim to create whatever reason to end your contract, even if it means breaking Finnish laws.
