The pay is entirely commission based. If you’re not a good salesperson of DARE then you will not like this job.
The work is entirely outdoors year round. You will work 6 days a week in the cold, rain, snow, and heat.
There are no benefits- no PTO, healthcare, gas stipend, etc. The time and gas you spend driving back and forth to locations will not be compensated.
The only way to advance is to recruit and train people under you. It’s a pyramid scheme.
When the pandemic hit, they did not pay employees. Management made promises about employees who worked from home receiving compensation. That never happened. Management had little to no concern about our wellbeing and implored employees to work even when the governor issued a lockdown order.
