- They hire a lot of kids fresh from college and they're know it alls who are very hard to work with.
- Several 'decision making' employees are related to the CEO and they pretty much do whatever they want.
- There is no work-life balance. This company does not act as if an employee's life outside of work matters at all.
- Pay is on the low scale for the area.
- Morale is awful. People who have been there for years should quit and move on, they are bitter and it brings those around them down.
- Re-orgs a plenty! Don't like your team? Just wait a few months and you'll have a new one.
- Huge gap between upper management and everyone else. I felt like a number here, easily replaced at any time by someone who will take a lower salary.
