Pros

It was a paycheck and had great worker bees !

Cons

This company totally did their employees wrong. We were promised a bonus that we are still waiting to receive. We received a email letting us know that the date that we were to receive our employee bonuses would not be deposited. We never received anymore information after that email. We were then called into a meeting to inform us that the will close for good on July 2nd. The employees at this company has worked very hard to help the providers that are contracted with NLH with no help to their employees. Leadership rarely had reliable information and would avoid responding to emails at all cost ! Now we have to pray that we will still receive our bonuses now that the company has let everyone go . If I knew this would be the ending result to our hard work I would have never accepted a job offer here . The CEO did not care what happen to their employees and it is sad. This company had so much potential if they would have hired new people that were actually experienced and not recycle employees. All they did was let different people apply for different jobs internally with little to no experience ! I am so disappointed in myself that I allowed this company’s pretend morals and vision sway me into accepting a position here. Whatever company the leadership ends up at I feel sorry for their employees. The CEO did not care what she did to her employees as long as she was out of the responsibility of leading the team she was fine. Smh
