Pros

Great coworkers, good benefits, good growth opportunities.

Cons

Management is unprofessional: inconsistent, impulsive, passive aggressive, indiscreet, and generally toxic. Management is emotionally reactive and self-induced problems manifest in increased toxicity and organizational disfunction. Management is "aware" of shortcomings but delusional in earnestly believing that their poor management style is necessary for industry "disruption" and company growth. Management toggles between inattentiveness and micro-management. Employees are (presumably unintentionally) set up for failure between periods of loose rein and whip-crack. Management is unable to retain talent which leads to an unstable work environment. Employees are discouraged from forming deep working relationships as turnover is so high. HR has corroborated the above observations when brought as a complaint, but has no power to better the situation. Management has exhibited increasing derision towards clients over time.

Pros

I’ve been working as a Sales Associate at this IT company for a while now, and it’s honestly been one of the most rewarding roles I’ve had. From day one, the onboarding process was structured and supportive. Leadership actually invests time in making sure you understand not just the products, but the why behind what you’re selling - which makes a huge difference when talking to clients. There’s a strong focus on consultative selling rather than just pushing services, which builds real trust with customers. The culture is collaborative, not cutthroat. Sales, engineering, and leadership all work together, so you never feel like you’re on an island trying to close deals. Management is approachable, transparent, and genuinely wants to see you succeed both professionally and financially. If you’re motivated, you can carve out a great career path here. They also recognize wins - big or small - which keeps morale high. Another standout is the company’s commitment to staying ahead in the IT space. You’re constantly learning about new technologies, security trends, and solutions, which keeps the role interesting and helps you grow your skill set.

Cons

None really - feels good to stand behind and believe in what you sell on a daily.

Pros

Formerly IT Support Guys, they will give you the opportunity to give them a 5-star review on here *before* they ruin your life. They solicit these reviews from new hires so that they can cancel out all the ones from hard-working folks they alienated. They always hired great people, so that was cool, but they would hire them away from other jobs and then fire them within days. So you got to meet cool people and then watch them discarded like trash. So half a "pro"!

Cons

The man who owns and runs this place will give you a direction one day, not speak to you for a month, and then wonder what you were doing by following his rambling, two-hour, one-sided diatribes on the original Teams call. He will find any reason to fire you, the easiest of which is disagreeing with whatever idea the windbag blows your way that day. He will literally cry on Teams meetings saying that people don't understand how hard it is to be him. He'll treat everyone as a pawn, and then wonder why no one respects him. Senior management will tell you things like "you can always come to me," and then immediately take what you said to said CEO for him to parse it for a new vendetta.
