Pros
Get below the VP level, and you will see some real talent, caring teammates who understand the business and consistently support each other. Benefits are about par in the industry, but trending down. Great exposure to the business of healthcare, but limited opportunity to work on modern tech stacks.
Cons
With PE comes a singular focus, limiting expense. The ambulatory provider market is low-growth, so do not expect much in terms of building out new teams and products, but the products currently sold tend to be sticky, so someone will buy this company for the ARR.
