* No formal or structured training program in place for new associates. "On the fly" learning while in office. Real, genuine on the road training with other account associates during travel is almost non-existent * Out of pocket travel expenses required upfront * Reimbursement for travel expenses paid out only once per month. Not nearly frequent enough. * Low tolerance for making mistakes during training...... * The business practices of some of their clients.....well, you'll figure that one out
