Pros

This company took a chance on me as an entry level hire, Over the years, I've been able to grow both personally and professionally. My manager has been a great mentor throughout my career here —continues to be invested in my development and always encouraging me to take on new challenges. The team culture is collaborative, hardworking, and genuinely focused on making an impact in healthcare. With recent acquisitions and continued expansion i believe there’s a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

Cons

Work-life balance can be a challenge at times due to the fast-paced environment,

Pros

You get to come in late everyday, come back late from breaks, Take time off whenever you want. Benefits are not bad.

Cons

The PAs take hour lunch breaks. Punch in after a half hour and then go back and sit down for another half hour. When you tell the manager he just blows you off!. You have to listen to other workers yell at you, throw there religion , cultures, or political views in your face and if you take it to HR (they) blow you off without doing anything about the situation. People get final warnings and then three months later will get another final warning. Basically if you don't brown nose you get harassed, you can't just go to work do a good job and go home.
