Pros

Below are the pros which I can think of 1. Exponential growth of Technical skills from various projects you get involved. 2. A great place to exchange ideas among peers and develop communication skills 3. Project environment is great, everyone gets exposed to different domains like financial, manufacturing, telecom, banking, networking, and many more while working with clients directly. 4. Great place to build team work activities. 5. Guidelines from senior mentors makes your learn more and more and also work faster. 6. Almost everyone gets the latest and greatest laptop to work on.

Cons

Below are the cons which I can think of 1. Needs extra office space. 2. Not too many holidays like other big companies, less perks to employees. 3. One has to follow up numerous times with higher management , if we have any pay related or personal questions, I hope they resolve this soon. 4. There is no yearly systematic pay hikes, it all depends on higher management.

Pros

Initial days can feel positive and give a false impression of a decent workplace. Good treatment is given to a very small, favored group of employees

Cons

I am a current employee at NextRow Digital, and my experience has been extremely toxic and disappointing. What initially appeared to be a decent workplace has turned into a bitter and exploitative environment over time. The owner is cheap, purely money-minded, and shows no respect for employees. He openly takes advantage of people and treats only a small inner circle well, while the majority of employees are ignored and undervalued. Favoritism is deeply ingrained in the company culture. When it comes to salary hikes, management plays deliberate games. The owner redirects employees to the VP, and the VP sends them back to the owner, creating an endless loop with no resolution. This tactic is clearly used to avoid fair compensation and accountability. Employees are expected to handle two or even three roles simultaneously while being paid far below industry standards. The workload is excessive, expectations are unrealistic, and there is no regard for work-life balance. The owner’s behavior is extremely unprofessional — including taking employees out for lunch and then demanding reimbursement weeks later. This kind of conduct highlights the lack of ethics and leadership maturity. There is a complete lack of respect for employees. Salary hikes and recognition are not based on performance, but instead go to those who flatter management and engage in favoritism. Overall, this is not a healthy or professional workplace. I strongly advise potential candidates to think carefully before joining if they value fairness, transparency, and respect.
