Nice work environment with a company that continues to grow. Located in Battle Creek, Michigan, Nexthermal has expanded three times and is considering building on again to accommodate it's growth.

Pretty much the same with most Michigan companies. The pay could be better, insurance could be better, and the paid time off is average. About on par for Michigan, so it's to be expected.
