Employees are grossly underpaid and under-appreciated. The upper management (CEO, owner, VP, etc.) goes out of their way to make it a great place to work, but are disconnected from the fact that the middle management seemingly cares nothing for its employees and sees them as extremely expendable commodities. The attempt to gloss over these issues by pushing the truly amazing culture that is present at Nextiva is admirable, but falls far short of actual improvement.
