Thank you for your feedback and input on ways to structure the company. Running a business can seem easy from the outside but in fact, it can be challenging when faced with serious decisions that affect your staff. As I’m sure you’re well-aware, the healthcare industry is ever-evolving, which means Nexus – just like healthcare companies across the U.S. – are having to make changes that not everyone is satisfied with. We do want to be transparent and will take steps to ensure we’re communicating any change clearly and promptly to staff.
I also want to note that our patients’ safety and well-being always comes first. Since our founding, Nexus has been committed to serving our patients and residents by delivering care to them that is otherwise unavailable. I’m sorry you did not get to witness this during your time with us, but please know that Nexus would be for nothing without our wonderful patients and our amazing staff members putting in the hard work recovery demands.
