Pros

Nothing in next foreseeable future

Cons

Very very toxic culture. The CEO is involved in day to day operations. He does not have any clue in technology. To make things worst involves himself in politics by speaking with individual employees and understanding review about other employees and taking abrupt decisions. The team is bunch of kids without any industry exposure and any experience. Super toxic and no reliability just wasting investors money without a realistic vision. Seven day work. Do not join the company unless you are planning to get into hospital.

Pros

Opportunity to learn under pressure, but overall experience is stressful and not sustainable. No meaningful positives; any learning or earnings comes at the cost of excessive pressure and burnout.

Cons

Severely unhealthy work environment with constant pressure and unrealistic expectations. Regular overtime is expected rather than optional, with little regard for personal time or well-being. Frequent CEO meetings feel more like interrogation and pressure tactics than constructive discussions. Work-life balance is effectively non-existent, leading to continuous stress and mental fatigue. Compensation is significantly below what the workload demands. Even full time roles are treated like 4X full-time or more, without fair pay or acknowledgment.

Pros

Nothing except unnecessary headache and stress

Cons

Very toxic work culture with micro management done by the CEO Shail himself. CPO Sumit does lot of politics to safeguard his position and fire others citing performance issues. He himself is struggling and does no work. The entire team is suffering from toxicity of late night works to even no weekends. You will bleed till you ultimately reach hospital or die. CEO will force you so much that you will ultimately lead to undue stress, tension and finally in hospital. Do not join unless you want to ruin your peaceful life.
