Pros
The only good thing I have to say about Nexus is that I don’t work there anymore.
Cons
Low pay, bad benefits, provides little training and makes unrealistic demands, exploitative of employees and clients, dishonest and makes false promises, many ongoing lawsuits, uses shame and vulnerability to control people, fires and rehires desperate people with no other options, presents a facade about helping people but money is everything, acts like a government unto itself (has its own court and security and sometimes doesn’t bother to follow U.S. law), cult-like expectations of unquestioning loyalty, no stability in staff or leadership because of constant turnover, fraudulent and illegal activities have been reported, very poor morale and resentment among employees, sloppy and unprofessional management, ongoing financial instability, not likely to be around much longer due to both financial and legal concerns.
