Management/Directors don't hold themselves accountable
Upper management always trying to look good to executives and blaming other employees for mistakes
The company doesn't really care about employees, only profits
- They laid off 20% of employees in 2020: Reason on paper was due to "COVID", even though the company was constantly growing during covid (+$600mill profit in 2019)
- Many positions were filled after 2 months of firing people
No proper training for new employees, they have to learn on the way and fast since upper management will put all the work and responsibility on you
