Pros

Family friendly. Good scheduling Overtime and flexible with hours. Good benefits.

Cons

Operations side: good work schedule 2-2-3 Pay is everything 7th and 22nd "Not Bi-weekly" Easy going and work is straight forward. Maintenance side: managments has no transparency, always picking favoritism, lots of back stabbing and sabotage to eachother that get people involved that have no clue what's going on. Was warned on first week of hire that there was alot of drama and to not get caught in the middle, even though you will be forced into it even if you don't say anything. Lots of stuck up people that believe they know how to work on everything.

Pros

There are a few good workers left, for now.

Cons

the management doesn’t know what they are doing They fire people who have put absolute hard work in by finding ways to fire them They don’t care about the hard work you put in for them, or the overtime. They won’t have your back, and it’s a very stressful invironment You walk around a concrete floor ALL DAY! And they endeavor to fire you if they see you sitting for just a few minutes after you’ve run around like a mad man/woman for HOURS all the while they observe you working hard… they just don’t care about your well being. You can get injured and they will fire you for being a “liability”. You could get a stratch and your jobs on the line. The hours are grueling long and when you say no to overtime because you’ve already exhausted yourself they will, again, seek to terminate your employment The new manager of line 3 and injection will be the fall of those areas. He started a fight with a female employee his first week( she was breaking records in line 3 and he had her moved to another shift a line because he couldn’t work with her) DO NOT WORK HERE!! The maintenance team is worse! Their manager doesn’t discipline them at all, hours and hours of break time and the operators get fired for an extra 10 minutes through the whole 12 hour shift… DO NOT WORK HERE
