Half day Fridays in Summer, free vaca time for Christmas

Everything else. There are such good people here (or there were) but the leadership is tanking this place. They do these big layoffs at least once a year, and they leave positions vacant. Those who are loyal and remain have to take on all the extra work because the expectations only ramp up. Those who remain are making the same money (well below market value) to do the work of 3 or 4 people over the years with how many jobs they've absorbed.
