IT Leadership, or lack thereof - IT Engineer Nicholas Employee Review

Years ago my services were no longer required by the company. They had decided to move in a different direction. Instead of being like most companies that walk you out the door. They gave me plenty of time to find a job while i was still employeed. They really do treat their employees like family. I'm very grateful of my time being part of their family.

Can't think of anything negative other than me leaving.

Fun people to work with and talk to on a daily.

Management and empty promises that made it terrible day to day.
