Pros
I can’t think of any, besides just a break room with a tv, and weekly pay.
Cons
Management’s excuse for not getting rid of a disrespectful, and harassing work lead that’s responsible for the loss of well over 1/2 dozen other people, because she has “Too much experience”. But, they have no problem with replacing everyone she causes to leave, because of how she treats them, and they do nothing about it. That’s not good business. Any NORMAL employer would terminate someone who WILLINGLY causes a hostile and unsafe work environment, than to look for another 1/2 dozen workers to replace the ones she’s pushed out the door.
