- Work-life balance (mostly overtime working less than 10 hours/ month) - Quite good compensation
Cons
- A lot of service overtime if you are in busy group. - The basic wage is lower than other companies. - A lot of mid-career managers who came from different companies in completely no related field in the past. Can not get good technical advice from them.
