      Pros

      Open communication, great teams, nice working atmosphere.creatively satisfying to have a say in decisions being made on games in progress.

      Cons

      Decision by committee makes the creative process slow and hard to navigate. Progress is made only to be completely changed later. Must have a thick artists skin.
