Pros
Good for fresher if they can handle pressure and little bit abuse They only hire freshers because they want robots to do the job no scope for creativity over here. Sales team only have one person lolll.... for company of this size must have 5-6 sales person. But if you want to learn this is the best place for 1-2 years .
Cons
1.Management hahaha you have to manage your self on your own. There is no technical person in management . 2. Sales team (have to say this loll ) always blame engineer for every project that they loose 3. Unrealistic goals 4. Senior person are not helpful but not all 5. Salaries are not on time 6. No value for your knowledge/Exp/Advice
