New leadership is far more transparent and honest - driving the company in a positive direction.

Contract work, but the Nimble team does the heavy listing in securing next roles for you. If you are not comfortable with contract work this could be a con for you.

Working from home is honestly the only thing they really have going at this point.

They have no onboarding team to guide you through your first week. Got thrown in to the fire and had to learn the ropes and how things were for different clients. Only my manager was there to do 1 on 1s when I first started. Brian Dole (CEO) is a pedoph*le and was charged so no the company is trying to rebrand. Might be the reason some people were let go recently as of February 2024. Also the guidelines for building ads for different platforms was outdated which gave me another struggle to catch up to speed on how things worked when I first started. One of my colleagues was terminated without any warning and when they asked why they said it was “performance” but no one ever came forward to address said “performance” beforehand. Very shady, I’m watching my own back now since that has happened.
