      Pros

      The company has a good product market fit.

      Cons

      This is an incredibly toxic, poorly led and chaotic company. The leadership team lacks the ability to establish a clear and consistent vision, constantly moves goal posts and points fingers at members of the team lower on the totem pole as scapegoats. They implore shady business practices and lack integrity — examples include misrepresenting (or making up) the financial benefits of the product, incorrectly charging customers and treating employees of the company like garbage (yelling at them, speaking down to them, speaking negatively behind their back, etc). They make decisions irrationally and consistently unsupported by data. As an employee (or even a customer of this company), I would run for the hills. Really horrible.

      Pros

      The office gets free lunch. Coworkers (apart from management and executives) are all a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      -very toxic work environment. constant changes to the company, clients are sold on lies. -very high turnover rate, I can’t tell you how many people have come and go in my time here at the company. -leadership lacks accountability for their mistakes, they’d rather play the blame game -there is no support for employees who work directly with clients, you are thrown under the bus and get reprimanded if you try to speak up for yourself -if you speak up when things are wrong, you get a target put on your back. -the CEO has a bunch of yes men afraid to speak up to him when bad decisions are made -no effort to actually grow your career here is made on the company’s end
