Pros

1. I personally formed a couple of great friendships but that aside, the colleagues were ALL helpful and willing to provide assistance at a moments notice 2. Mostly good clients who understood what they wanted and were willing to listen 3. Throw you in the deep-end but don't let you go without a hand on the rope 4. Always willing to go an extra mile with the client and standing ground protecting their employees 5. The top brass (though daunting) were good at their jobs and had the best intentions for the business 6. Knowledge in the office was comparable to big consultancies 7. Accommodating to life changes 8. Variety of projects and types of work was endless 9. Lack of change of roster allowed teams to grow and flourish

Cons

1. Salary was below industry standard 2. Working from home options limited 3. Preferred to be a big fish in a medium-sized pond which is great but at one point reduces the ability to grow as a person

Pros

1. Great ‘starter’ organisation before you move on 2. Friendly atmosphere 3. Learning/Training (self-funded) opportunities for practice elsewhere - staff have moved to National Grid, Alscient and Capgemini 4. A subsidised social is the best way to network

Cons

1. Favouritism towards core ‘original staff’ 2. Low salaries and Directors are in denial 3. You are effectively “pushed out” after 2 years because your salary is so low compared to competitors 4. No WFH policy 5. Lack of growth potential
