Mi9 has developed an excellent combination of products and services for major retailers which has catapulted this young company to the top of its field. The atmosphere is relaxed but very professional and most employees are highly respectful of each other. There is something new to learn and a challenging task to accomplish every day.

The service department is understaffed and swamped with customers' requests. Plus, there is no formal procedure in place to assign service tickets.

Opportunity to experience a number of different roles/multitask due to limited resources and budgets.
