Pros
Some of staff are good to help you at any point of time. Other than this: " I don't think to write some pros this option is totally waste for employees. I can suggest you only one thing shut it down soon because this upper management will taking you some another way which is hell. "
Cons
1. No work-life balance 2. If you can't butter, hike is like penny. More you butter seniors, more hike you will get. 3. Work rules are like Jail, you can not use personal devices, not even get out of development room for a coffee or tea in between. 4. They send you client site, but if any misbehave happens to you, instead of solving it out. They will force you to stay. (Can sell you if they get a good money) 5. Some of the top level management doesn't know much and pretend to be expert of the Industry. If you try to update them, then you are gone. 6. No scope to learn. They want you to learn, but you can not apply that anywhere. 7. They hire java people for javascript role, saying Java and Javascript are same(No technical knowledge)
