Good company culture, hands-on experience with the product, good communication between upper management and employees, employees are mostly veterans of the company and are very friendly, very efficient and organized
Cons
Nine West Holdings which was originally Jones Group became privatized after being bought by a private equity firm recently. There are plans to move offices and make many other company changes. Stability of jobs might be an issue.
