The staff discounts are great Store budgets aren't to impossible generally If the store has a fun & calm manager it's a great place to be Good skills based training that's good for any retail setting
Cons
You are expendable even a store manager is. That's is made clear very early on. If your store gets a new manager expect to get made redundant or transferred to another store because they want their staff trained their way Area managers put a lot of pressure and expectation on store managers and that is then placed on staff. American company so of course they pay the bare minimum they have to in Australia and the you'd either have to be doing it for yrs or have a degree in accounting to understand how they do your payslip. You also don't get paid for open and close Training is rigorous...But such a high turn over of staff means it's difficult to find someone that knows the correct procedure.
