- Management are all people related and with family ties to the CEO, this circle doesn't like to be challenged in their authoritarian decisions. - Micromanaging at a different level, - Making you work overtime without paying extra. - Fired without notice. - Uneducated management with no prior experience managing people(COO just because he is relative of CEO, he has a degree in Acting in Theater),
