Pros
Most of the people working here are super friendly and very dedicated to their job. They basically love games and share the same passion. They also offer good benefits, like bike scheme, health insurance, and free counseling.
Cons
Projects aren't too exciting. Also, a couple of bad apples in management. Had to attend counseling to realise I was suffering from abusive behaviour. It's probably a thing in games industry, because you get shy geeks very passionate about their job, and they can get easily abused by management.
