Pros

free drinks, lunch allowance of 30 euro

Cons

I’m not sure where to even start this review. Probably best with the SDR management. The SDR management in this company leaves a lot to wish for. From the passive aggressive mood swings, to completely biased decisions all the way to promoting predatory behaviour. That’s what you’re in for when you join the SDR team in Berlin! Employees have left because of the behaviour of our management. People are frequently questioned on why they go to the toilet instead of sitting at their desk and making calls. Micromanagement at its finest. The SDR managers are blindly following their bosses instructions so they are certainly not to blame, but the feeling in the office is negative. There is quite a lot of double standards and playing favourites. If the management does not like you you will know it. This management has also promoted sexual predators. A previous employee se*ually harassed another employee and was promoted to a team lead position that same week.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.
