If you do well and achieve target they will increase your targets mid year. Moving to a direct sales business which has advantages, but this is impacting partner sales, despite management spin the partners see through this. Really unhappy and depressing atmosphere across the organisation, ignore the positive HR reviews, and "Best places to work" achievement, this has nothing to do with the employee surveys.
