Pros
Great products and a loyal set of customers; wonderful team ethic in the UK office; You get to be your own person and to run your own micro-business inside of the sales team.
Cons
Salaries are probably 30% or more below market standards in UK, which is a surprise as they seem to pay well in the USA by comparison. A little too much emphasis on L&D and DEI and stuff that just gets in the way of selling.
