      Small company with a decent team

      Management micromanages everything. Very critical of Americans and American infrastructure Management pits employees against one another and thrives on division and informing on other employees.

      Pros

      Increment and bonus is pretty stable.

      Cons

      However start off paid is so. So even for staff who has be there for 9 years, may not even get $4k. Old school management system.
