I like the remote-first collaboration with the teams and colleagues while working on design projects with schedule flexibility. We have weekly meetings to discuss our current progress with feedback for improvement, so consistent communication was paramount. As a whole, I was pushed to learn new things in my role while contributing research and usability testing which led to a very thorough internship experience that is fulfilling. As a plus, Fun Fridays are a fantastic session to chat and play fun games with everyone from the company.

Some limited access to projects depending on task which made some objectives a bit ambiguous. As long as there was guidance, we were allowed to explore our design process.
