In the beginning, the compensation might look more distributed into other areas of great value such as the stock options, but we understand not everyone is able to perceive this. This is why we always clarify this during the interview stage. During 2020-2021, the founders average salary was $46,000 and the rest of the team members average salary was $65,328.
