Stressful environment: -A lot of gossips in the office talking bad things about everyone in the company. - Work overload. Everyone has more job for day that can be finished in a week. We had constant burnouts. - Micromanagement - We need to write reports every day about our daily activities (aside from the ticketing system, Jira and all other systems that we are using to track our job) Bad and Crazy management: - when I told a person from the high management the negative feedback we received from multiple job seekers and the "word on the street" about our company, he told me that he needs to I quote "meditate on that". After the meditation the feedback was that I'm to blame, as being the messenger of bad news... - All negative feedback is disregarded and if anyone dare to give such feedback is blamed that has "negative thoughts"... - The direct Support manager came from Stock trading company and his entire philosophy building a team and hiring Technical support was I quote "young students that want less money and work extra hours". At the end everyone that was getting at least the average salary for the sector was laid off. There were multiple GDPR breaches in the company where clients' and employees' data leaked, which were never reported and everyone that tried to say something about it was swiftly scorned.
