"Head Count" limitations per department weakens the production levels and cause job burn out. Extensive recording/tracking for ordering and file retention at first it seems unnecessary, but over time it makes sense if we needed to refer to a previous process.

Great energy and homy work environment. People here are practical and get things done efficiently. Work hard and go home on time. Most exciting news after 36 years of the company’s history is that we are moving into new building this summer. Can’t wait!
