Pros
I wrote this review as I am required to under Glassdoors rules to see the full reviews. I need to see the full reviews so we can listen, improve where we need to improve and keep excelling in the things that are working for the team.

- we are customer obsessed

- we are family photo/video obsessed
- we are customer privacy obsessed
- we are frame obsessed
- we are obsessed with excellence
- we love what we do because we build products and services that help families enjoy their moments, memories and stay close to one another.
Cons
- we are number one in our market. Being number takes hard work, dedication, learning, honesty and team building. So that means hard work.
- staying number one is even harder.
- technology means constant learning.
- being customer focused means being humble and listening. again.... hard.
- we're on a mission and we're a fast growing company. So sometimes we don't always get things right. We're honest with the truth and ourselves and so we keep improving as a team.
- I know the points I made above seem like that bad answer to the question: 'what would you say is your biggest weakness? answer: 'I work too hard and I care too much'. eye roll... right? I would say this - If you are considering working at Nixplay and you get an interview. At the end of the interview ask to meet with your potential future Nixplay team mates and decide for yourself.
