Pros
Creative-minded people will have a great time working at Noice, because for sure I do. The benefits as a full-time employee we gain are also stellar (i. e. great health insurance which extends to spouses). The flexibility of work location and work time also gives us freedom following our personal preferences.
Cons
I personally wish the upper management can define the business direction better so it will not be at the expense of lower to middle management employees.
