CONS:
-They short paid us over $9k in 2024, and when I pointed it out that it was raised again in 2025, my commission and bonus plan changed negatively to balance it out, which I believe is pathetic leadership.
-The 9k was paid back all at once, resulting in us to have much steeper taxes deducted and being paid less overall
**Extra note about the short pay - Are people not aware that $9k short paid is enough to have a massive impact on someone's life, especially if that amounts to a full 6th of their earnings? We all would love to have Chris Gardner's drive, but things like mandatory car repairs, rent on time, and basic groceries being in, or absent from someone's life can make a massive impact on mental health and motivation, and determine how consistent of a worker you have.
-1 immature and vindictive, and 1 lazy team lead. No backup for the GM.
-I was often the ONLY customer sales agent in office many days, because people just did what they wanted, including my team lead
-Leads would do the whole "doctor smoking a cigarette" thing, and tell you not to do things they or others were blatantly doing
-Couldn't trust team leads to follow through with assistance unless you hounded them
****0 mental health awareness - I have a disability, and was given "reasonable accommodations" by HR, being extra break time to see my service animal. I was also told I only had to share this with my GM. Then my GM went OOO for a month due to parental leave, and chaos ensued.
-The team leads chose to take advantage and twist the situation to their liking over a petty argument, over them demanding to keep my leads, something I was told I would bring with me.
-When given a new, remote position, I was banished from the office over getting defensive toward an employee who immaturely said "let's glove up and go out in the parking lot", verbatim, in front of the whole office all leadership in attendance.
-More than once he came at me after, and never once did they even think to move our seats or write him up for threats or anything, and when he was again laying into me, because he's one of those "you can say whatever you want in whatever tone you want to people as long as you use the right words" folks, I got defensive due to past history
-I was the one impacted because I was now part of a different team remotely. I was sent to WFH with ZERO equipment or WFH set up, just after accepting a new position. I was working a tough job at a bar counter on a laptop.
-Position changed drastically and was made significantly harder AFTER I had already accepted it. Get every single thing in writing. My leads were all stolen and my focus for lead revenue was amplified by 375%, cutting my in-system leads down by over half, and there were 0 KPI adjustments; i was expected to do the same thing as before, but with a much more difficult focus, and no leads to have a headstart with.
-I was laid off just after being repaid the over $9k I was overdue, just after being finally given liveable wages that were worth working for and the money I was due.
